Internet down and DSL flashing?

The "Power/DSL" light on my WLAN router (FritzBox!) is flashing. Sometimes the internet connection comes back on briefly (and then it stops flashing), and then it starts all over again. What can I do, and what's causing this?

What is on the configuration page of the router (review event log!)?

Simply check with browser (web address of the router is on the bottom of the router – sticker)?

The router tries to synchronize with the opposite side, which only works conditionally.
Just call the provider so that he can reset the port.
