Internal hard drive not recognized, how do I fix this?
I received my new PC today, which has a 1TB SSD and a 2TB HDD (Windows 11). I know a little bit about software, but not a lot, so I only have a rough idea of what I need to do. I found the hard drive and also that it has 2TB of storage space. First, I watched a few YouTube videos about it, but unfortunately, they didn't help. Then I tried renaming it, but that didn't help either. I tried to do something in Disk Management, but that didn't work either.
Any idea what could be causing this?

More important would have been a screenshot from the disk management.
If you find the 2TB HDD under the drive letter E: what do you miss?
I'm wondering.
the E: has just 2tb free space.
and on C: will be Windows, which is then the 1tb ssd
The problem's done. I was the one who renamed the drive to (E:). Although the PC has recognized that 2TB memory is on it, it does not appear under "This PC".
Solution: In disk management, click on the drive and select "Change drive letters and paths". Then select "Add" and a letter. Problem done.
Nevertheless, thank you for your efforts.
