It can affect everyone at some point.

I hope you don’t.

The history with the manufacturing error should concern the first batches.

In general, the case with voltage is the much bigger problem with the Intel CPUs.

The most up-to-date BIOS update should be the rules, and the CPUs no longer grill themselves

There are problems with Intel, but the oxidation probably only affects the first batches. Have bought an i7 13700k, quite very for release, and so far no problems.

However, mine are ever relatively conservative. Do the BIOS update, and don’t get that big head.

If the box is smashed, and you’re asking what’s going on here – believe me, that’s something about the problem.

Give example: I’m the crate bit off in the game Black Myth Wukong.

So ask here and nothing constructive comes. Just things like Intel equals sack and CPU equals oxidation, driver updates and so.

Thought it would have caught me with the CPU. Then searched in the crash dump and detected the problem. Was the exposition file.

That then fixed, then rest.

So, short:

Yes, there are problems with some Intel CPUs. But not everyone is affected.

The oxidation concerns the initial CPUs, not all. What is the bigger problem, the tension. There the BIOS update helps. If your box is stable, everything will be fine.

But do the BIOS update so that your CPU does not grill itself.

Then, at least the problem should be fixed, if you are anxious to activate the Intel Baseline profile.

Personally, I didn’t do this, but with my board Asus Prime z690-a it costs the right performance.

As I said, I personally have no problems and mine is in operation for 2 years.

You have 5 years warranty. If you’re affected, you’ll be replaced.

Make a bios update that prevents extreme overvolting.

I think Intel’s cunning is okay. When the Ryzen 7K CPUs even destroyed the bases of the boards due to the EXPO error, there was neither replacement nor the money was refunded. CPU and board, you could knock into the ton! Instead, the erroneous bios versions disappeared from the download pages of the board manufacturers and affected parties in the rain.
