Intel 13th/14th gen problem solved?

Hi, I'm thinking about upgrading to a 14900ks, but wanted to ask you whether you've had any problems so far (after the Micro Code bios update for Intel CPUs of the 13th and 14th generation) – e.g. when running the Unreal Engine 5 (games using it)?

According to Intel, the problem has been solved and my current Intel CPU (13th gen) has been running undervolted for months, which I don't really like because I want to have full performance

the Ultra Cores are garbage anyway and switching to a complete AMD system would be a bit expensive

The new 14th gene, though, does not have this problem anymore, but the Micro Code update is actually only intended for the new GEN and not for the CPUs that have the problem.

Price/performance is better with an AMD system.
Of course, you have to invest something, but you forget that you can sell your old system and your losses are rather low.

According to Intel, the problem is to be solved, but Intel has also claimed for months that the CPUs have no problem, so I would generally leave the fingers of their CPUs.

and what about nem i9? Have you installed and rendered a RTX4090? Or do you want to get 5090? Then I’d like to rethink my money supply…
