What are the consequences if you state that you are purchasing the product in a country other than Germany and thus purchasing it cheaper, as in the case of Switzerland (for steam)

Keys I wouldn’t buy directly on Steam as there are always cheaper somewhere. Unless it’s e.g. sorrowsale- you can be lucky.
I’ve already read about locks, but I don’t know any of his account has been locked. Not over 3 corners.
You could also have bought the key physically in Switzerland. So there are fewer problems from Steam.
