Installment payment / Which PC is better?

I need a new gaming PC and to finance it, I would like to pay in installments.
But is it possible to say, when making installment payments, that I'll pay more this month, for example, €300 instead of €48, and then the regular €48 next month? (So, is it possible to pay more than the original amount one month to pay it off faster?)
I have four PCs at my disposal. Which one is best for gaming? The PC, like my current one, is used frequently. Good performance is important to me. The PC also shouldn't be too loud. I've chosen four; which one is best? I don't know much about PCs, so I'm asking here. Is it possible to increase the storage space for games later?

Otto.de is a disaster for PCs. You’re a lot better off with traders specializing in this. The same applies to Amazon.
