Paragraph 315d Criminal Code (forbidden motor vehicle races) is not a fun thing, but a crime that is at the moment a lot of political and social attention and is therefore not so simply ignored.

And for the fulfillment of the facts, not necessarily other “residents” must be there. That’s all right.

That’s not what it’s all about:

  1. Also, due to some uploaded videos investigations are conducted
  2. For a prohibited motor vehicle race according to § 315d StGB, not necessarily other vehicles need to be involved.

The fact that, in the concrete case, the process was terminated because of the lack of realisation of the “greatly traffic-injurious and careless” (now also on the video) is another matter.
