Hey, I've been trying to get into my Insta account for a few days. I'm registered with my email and old number, but the password isn't enough and they automatically send a code to my number and my email isn't an option at all, or they want a video selfie from me. If I do this after the introduction, it doesn't work either. What should I do? I urgently need the account?

It is always recommended to register with all different social media apps by default with an email and a password to get out of the way. If you don’t get this problem up here.
If I’m honest, you can’t do anything. I would best create a new account and of course with email + password. Your account is probably locked, and it’ll probably be the first time. You can tell your friends if they aren’t too many again “follow” and just about it. You have no other options until then. And, unfortunately, Instagram does not have more possibilities.
