Inspection Seat Leon FR 40,000km?

My car's screen shows "Service." It would cost around €400 at an authorized workshop. The spark plugs and cabin filter probably need to be replaced. Can anyone tell me what else I should have checked after four years, or 40,000 km? I can get everything much cheaper from a friend.
400 euros are realistic in the VW Group for an annual inspection, but spark plugs are usually longer durable – it depends on which are installed. Let’s ask the workshop. Brake fluid, coolants, air conditioning agents, etc. could be tested, but here time intervals are valid instead of kilometer intervals – usually every two to three years (see service book).
How old is the Seat?
