Bankruptcy living with parents?

Hi everyone,

If I am in personal bankruptcy and live back at home with my parents, would they find out somehow?

For example, through letters from the local court or insolvency administrator because these are identified on the envelopes, etc.

Do you have any experience or tips?

Many thanks and best regards

Parents get everything. How do you want to explain why you’re moving back to them? Imo: be open – to hide the extra stress, something in the closest family (which wants to help you) you don’t need more in your situation.

would they have been getting it?

If you don’t have your own mailbox, 🙂

You can read the sender and perhaps close the content of the letters from the sender.

I’m afraid you didn’t understand my answer.

If you don’t have your own mailbox, your parents will logically get your mail in your hands. At least occasionally.

Of course, letters with “narrowing” senders will lead to conclusions or at least raise questions.

It should be clear in itself and has nothing to do with experiences.

I’m out.
