Inline skating with mild symptoms?

I'd like to go inline skating today in this pleasant weather. I'm experiencing mild symptoms of illness, although I'm not sure if that could be due to a lack of/too restless sleep and a lot of physical activity yesterday (I lifted and carried a lot of weight yesterday and haven't slept very well the last two nights). I rarely get sick, about once a year, and then usually not at this time of year. Anyway, I have a slightly strange feeling in my head, neck, and stomach. I'm less hungry than usual. And my nose is slightly blocked. Could something be aggravated by inline skating (when it's about 22 degrees outside)?

If you don’t have a fever or don’t feel tired, you can go. You shouldn’t be struggling.
