Injector leaking, car won't start?

Hello dear forum community,

I own a MB (W210) 220 CDI, built in December 1999, and I have the following problem! I had two leaking injectors, which I removed and cleaned with the appropriate equipment. After installing the new copper sealing rings and reassembling everything, the car now won't start. There's no air in the system either; I checked that. Does anyone have any idea why the car suddenly won't start?

No new injectors were installed, only 2 existing ones were resealed!!!

That’s exactly where we’re wrong. You should have built new ones

Why do “new” have to be installed? They were checked and cleaned by the Bosch service, values are fine. So why new?
