I know two of the industrial businessmen after the Abi made training.

Both are now retired and financially disposed of.

At that time it was still so that one could work up after the training… that both did. The one at BASF was the other at Thyssen and both were departmental stewards after many years of work and were procurers and had an annual salary of over €120,000 gross + bonus….nun they have a pension incl. operating pension of over several thousand euros….you can’t complain that with training they have made the best of it.

As it is today I do not know, because I had a similar career in the bank only with medium maturity and training and became a procurer there and now I am also retired….

You can ask for an interview for your current career opportunities.

I am an industrial merchant, 🙂

the chances of earning are better with a further education.

For the future, the job is also because the processes are usually complicated and that no AI could do so easily.

I’ve been a businessman for my whole career. One gets clear with merit, but riches are truly not spilled out. There should be much better training occupations. LG

Nothing is future-proof and good pay is not three times.

This profession is also not recommended at all.

Unless it’s your dream job, I wouldn’t let anyone say anything.

As long as you have fulfilled the requirements and are financially good, you have chances of everything in this world
