If nothing has been changed on your E90, it has the serially installed indirect RDKS. It can be seen that not every single tire is monitored in real time and this is displayed in the on-board monitor and normal valves are installed in your rims.
In other words, the onboard electronics of your Fzg recognize the pressure loss of a Pneu on the basis of the higher speed (due to a smaller diameter) of the tire via the ABS speed sensors.
