Hi, this is the second time I've been to the Indian Spirit Festival.
What struck me was that there were a lot of guys with face tattoos and small, petite girls with surgically treated faces walking around.
Of course, everyone does what they want, but I'm really wondering where they all come from because I've never seen people like that in local Goas.
