In which countries does the 3G rule (vacation) apply?

Hello folks.

I'm going on vacation for a week starting December 27th. I'm unvaccinated (please don't be) and wanted to know if there are any countries where the 3G rule applies? This applies specifically to restaurants, saunas, thermal baths, massages, etc. Where are the coronavirus regulations a bit more relaxed? I've been testing myself regularly for two years and have always been negative. So if there are still vacation destinations where a negative rapid antigen test is sufficient, I would spend my vacation there. Any country, please list a few.
