Ich hatte mir selber eine Familienhilfe geholt, es lief besser bei uns zuhause. Nach ca 1 Jahr wurde meine Familienhilfen krank musste ins Krankenhaus und gab mir Bescheid sie könne nicht mehr arbeiten das Jugendamt meldet sich bei mir sobald eine Familienhilfe frei wäre. Es vergingen paar Wochen, wo ich mir aber nicht gedacht habe, da es damals auch dauerte bist meine Familienhilfe frei zu rufe und ich sie bekam. Meine Familienhilfe kam damit es mit mir und den Kids nach der katastrophalen Beziehung und Trennung besser läuft und ich den Haushalt besser gemeistert bekomme, was ja auch lieg bis zur Erkrankung. Mein Sohn ist sehr sehr stürmisch, kann noch nicht wirklich sprechen mit 3 Jahren, habe Hilfe angefordert dies bezüglich. Eines Tages hatte er blaue Flecken am Bauch, worauf die Krippe das Jugendamt informierte Kinder kamen zwei Wochen Obhut, durfte mein Kind nicht am Geburtstag sehen. Nach den zwei Wochen kamen beid keiner zu meiner Mutter das konnte ich wenigstens in die wegen leiten das sie die Pflegschaft hat als andere Leute. Der Arzt im Krankenhaus wo das Jugendamt mit den Kids war konnte bei meiner Tochter nichts feststellen, nur bei mein Sohn die blaueflecken. Im Schreiben vom Jugendamt steht. Misshandlung kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden und am Telefon hies es der Arzt konnte es nicht bestätigen. Laut Jugendamt darf ich meine Kinder bis Ende der Ermittlungen nicht sehen oder sprechen. Ich weis nicht was ich tun soll.

Taking a child away from the parents, if the doctor cannot clearly assume mistreatment, is certainly not permissible!

Here, the youth office and the guardianship authority did not want to issue a super-provisional order. They really tried to force the mother to return the child to the father. But what is clearly also a crime to leave his child to someone who abuses it.
Brisant in the case that ready neighbours have made an ad to the youth office and the youth office has not perceived its responsibility. Just as tragic that in the same community a baby died very close, because the youth office did not comply with the instructions of the neighbors. Although the mother of the child was under observation.
The doctor of the children’s protection group contacted me very much explained to me how cowardly those responsible react. Even the children’s protection group is usually impossible to protect children from abuses without witnesses to the actions.
Sometimes you really have to defend yourself. It’s only possible with a lawyer.
I’ve been with my lawyer twice. 1. I had reported everything to her at the time and submitted the letter from the Youth Office, she said we had to wait first. 2 weeks later, I had another appointment because I would like to have a visitor’s right, I also meant to accompany me, but she only meant to run the investigation for so long and we don’t have a subpoena or a briefcase.
