Hello, for about two weeks now, I've been hearing a very loud cracking sound in my shoulder. It only occurs when I roll my shoulder backward. I also keep getting slight chest pain. It's not particularly severe pain, but more of a feeling of, "Oh, what's going on?" What could it be? After the cracking, my armpit or arm often hurts, too. My chest hurts the most, though.

Every now and then, my shoulder somehow dislocates, but it pops back into place relatively quickly. It hurts a lot for a few minutes afterward. This doesn't happen often, maybe three times a year. Is this normal? Why does this happen? Maybe someone knows a little about it
