“I should fix the car yesterday.”

Did you do that??

“I should have repaired the car yesterday.”

You didn’t do it!

Grammar both right, but different meanings.

I should fix the car yesterday. It doesn’t testify to whether the car was repaired. It is only said what should be done yesterday.

I should have repaired the car yesterday. Not only yesterday’s task is enigmatic, but it is also clear that the task was NOT fulfilled.

If both go, depends on the intention of the sentence.
