Hello!

A good “morgen coffee” (with a priese salt when brewing) contains more caffeine than all normal energy drinks.

A handful(!) (untreated) nuts also delivers energy through many proteins and healthy fatty acids.

So no chocolate crucible, or (more) sugar-containing as intermediate meal.

Chewing gum also increases the oxygen content of the blood in the brain due to active chewing muscle activity.

And in the breaks, a walk in the fresh air helps to get the cycle in motion. Also at minus degrees!

And finally, I recommend a longer and most relaxing night rest so that the body can regenerate sufficiently overnight.

In the evening nothing heavy, or more rich eat. And you shouldn’t drink alcohol. No beer.

And if you’re a smoker or a vaper, stop it!

This puts the body trying to detoxify overnight.

Thus, “we” have already mastered school day decades ago.

Well, many of us went to school by bike. (This was about 2.5km.)

And this trains the fitness and condition and drives tiredness.

Greeting

Martin

You can sleep enough.

If you’re tired, see if you have a dopamine deficiency.

Energy instead of energy. It seems to be a foreign word with today’s students.

That’s exactly what it is, but that doesn’t go in the heads.
