Implement pneumatic control?
A button should be pressed so that cylinder MM1 extends and then retracts. Once it is retracted, cylinder MM2 should extend and retract. I tried it in Fluid SIM, but after several attempts, it didn't work.

Would like to operate a 24V boat electric motor that draws a maximum of 43A on a 12V LiFePo4 200AH with a voltage converter 12 to 24Volt 50Amp! I am interested in how much power is consumed on the input side by my battery? And is it even a good idea to do it that…
Hello everyone, I have a question about the above topic. I'm currently puzzling over why the charging current only flows through one negative diode and not all three. The picture only shows the current flowing through one negative diode, but it should actually flow through all three, right? Since voltage is generated across all three…
How does this task work?
Hi, I have a Dreame V9 vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, the power adapter has a loose connection and no longer charges. I have another power supply here, from a JBL speaker with a custom-fit jack. Can I use that? V9 power supply output: 30V 800mA JBL power supply output: 19V 3A max As far as I…
If I get AC 230V with 16A 3.68KW from the socket, How many watts are there when converting to 325V DC?
Hello, a colleague recently asked me if I could take a look at his living room outlet, because none of his devices work when he plugs them in. He moved into the apartment almost three weeks ago, but the problem has been going on for about a week. So far, he's only plugged in a…
What components do you have? If it is to function as you are describing, I would either set a transmitter which, when the cylinder MM1 is retracted, switches the extension of MM2 when MM2 is extended, a transmitter which switches on the drive-in and once a transmitter of the MM1 is retracted.
The best 5/3 way valves, you can then set the next switching point with simple transmitters when reaching the end point.
Condition for extension MM1 must be: MM2 retracted, switching pulse extended valve 1. MM1 retracted, switching pulse valve 2 . . . MM2 can only extend when MM1 is retracted, so supply via T-piece retraction MM1, MM2 is extended, switching pulse to valve 2 for retraction.
I don’t know where exactly you have problems. But probably your problem is with a signal overlap. And that may have a little to do with the two moments…
… are probably hard to distinguish for you.
There are different ways to solve this.
===== 1. Possibility: tilting roller valves ========
It is possible to use tilting roller valves which are actuated by the piston rod only in one direction of movement and are arranged in such a way that the actuation shortly before reaching the respective beginning or respectively. End position is solved.
A corresponding pneumatic plan could look like this…
However, the solution with tilting roller valves has a few disadvantages. In particular, the end position cannot be interrogated precisely since the actuation is released again shortly before reaching the respective end position.
=====2. Possibility: changeover valve ==========
It is possible to use a change-over valve in order to supply only the valves with compressed air which are required, while the other valves do not receive compressed air in order to avoid signal overlaps.
A corresponding pneumatic plan could look like this…
What are you using?
3/2, 5/2 away valve, double-acting cylinder, basically all standard components from pneumatics
