Real estate agent training?

Hello, I'm thinking about training to be a real estate agent, and to my shock, I find that you don't earn that much. As a child, I always had the image of a rich real estate agent in my head. What's the salary like? Does anyone know? On the internet/from friends, everyone is talking about 4,000 to 3,000 gross per month.

In Germany you only need a commercial license to call you a broker. Fortunately, this is organised more professionally in other countries.

With courtage on rentals, you don’t deserve so much as a broker, you have to do it over the crowd.

More is earned in sales, luxury properties or in the commercial sector. Even if you run project development or invest yourself.

The image of the rich broker is often covered in the media. You have to be good to earn a lot.

Even if it is not compulsory, I think that training is necessary in order to meet the requirements of the profession and the responsibility associated with it.

Makler is not a training profession and is written without the “r”.

If you are a real estate businessman, you have a good foundation. As in any profession you can and should continue training, then the merits are better.

As far as I know, you can earn more if you’re good. The better you sell, the more you deserve
