Still learning Lua for Fivem?

Hello,

I'm currently thinking about learning Lua for a Fivem server.
Well, for coding scripts, anyway. However, I'm not sure if I should do it.

GTA 6 is coming out in a year, is it still worth the effort?

Are Fivem servers in GTA6 also written in Lua?

Is it smart to use Lua in conjunction with FIvem as a beginner programmer?

FiveM or CFX.re was bought by Rockstar so I think FiveM at GTA6 will be a bit different as before

Edit: FiveM with lua is not a good start, just scripts like e.g. restart scripts are easy but for some you need a lot of experience with lua and programming

Oh, there was something… Why does every pig have to buy everything? I mean, Rockstar wasn’t the first of that kind at FiveM!

Because Rockstar doesn’t want to compete with her game. Doof I find it

Hmm, just why are they so stupid and sell? I mean, like I’m selling something like FiveM! I don’t care what they’d pay me.

Well, there would be no FiveM if it were forbidden. I think that was a kind of lawsuit or that’s why Rockstar would buy her. Easy

How competition? The Heinis officially approved FiveM? LOL?

I don’t even know if GTA 6 at all his own FiveM get! Think it would be called SixM. Lua is clearly more simple than the alternative C#

Better learn Lua than C# 🤣

Simpler doesn’t necessarily mean better. Especially languages such as Lua and Python can lead you as a beginner due to the simplicity.

However, unlike Lua, C# would be more promising.
