Immer mehr Soda reduzieren?
Es ist sehr gut wenn man den Soda Konsum langsam runterfährt oder?
Eine Zeit lang habe ich jeden Tag 1,5 Liter Coca Cola getrunken, jetzt reduzierte ich es so auf einmal in der Woche, und das nächste Ziel einmal in Zwei Wochen, und so weiter.
Das ist gut, dass ich das geschafft habe zu reduzieren, oder?
Aber denkt ihr der Schaden wird permanent sein? Ich hab für etwa 1 Jahr es jeden Tag getrunken. Bisschen länger, irgendwann merkte ic natürlich das so viel schlecht ist und seit kurzem habe ich eben angefangen es langsam zu reduzieren.
Oder ist es zu spät?
