Ikea – Problem with delivery?
I received an email today saying my order would be delivered today, which I already found odd, since it was originally stated that it would be delivered a few days later. Then I received an email saying my order was damaged and might be delayed. I just checked the tracking information in the app, and it says something went wrong and that IKEA can't find my order right now.
Should I contact Ikea, or wait to see if the order arrives in, say, a week? This is a large order, and I was really looking forward to it 🙁
Wait till Saturday I would say, then contact ikea.
