Then someone took it or the DHL floor put it in the stairwell. Make a complaint against Unknown and request a copy of your signature from the DHL. If this is missing, it is proven that you did not accept the package. If there is the signature of your roommate or neighbor, the person was. You have to sign on a small device. This is digital and can be printed.
