If I received an invitation to an interview by phone, how should I write it?

I thought so. I've scheduled the interview for Friday, June 24, 2022, at 4 p.m. Thank you for the friendly conversation, and I wish you all the best until next week.

How can I write the sentences above? I don't like the last sentence. What and how do I write it?

Or: As a second sentence.

Thank you for the invitation to the interview next week.

Thank you for suggesting a date and I look forward to the conversation.

Best regards

Hello "Batscher",

Yes – it's also customary for us to confirm a call. Either through us – or, as in your case, through "you."

My idea for your writing:

Dear Mr. x (or Ms. x),

Thank you for our pleasant conversation today. We look forward to our personal

Appointment on xx.xx.xxxx at xx:xx o'clock I am pleased and gladly confirm

the appointment.

Best regards

I wouldn't write anything at all.

Everything was already discussed on the phone.
