If a company offers Christmas and vacation pay as a benefit, that is no added value for the employee, is it?

Assuming I negotiate an annual salary of €50,000 and the company advertises holiday and Christmas bonuses as part of its benefits on its website, is this benefit surely included in the €50,000 or do you understand it to mean that this comes on top of the €50,000?

In addition to the monthly paid salaries, the annual salary includes bonuses, commissions or annual accounts, and holiday and Christmas money. If you enter into a contract with your employer on an occupational pension scheme, the contributions are also included.

You would also find the answer at google… 🙄In the employment contract, however, the monthly salary should also be recorded. At the latest, you'll know.

But I assume that it is including Christmas and holiday money.
