iCloud Email?

Hey people,

I have a problem where when apps need to be updated, they are displayed with this cloud symbol. Normally you press it and then the latest version etc. downloads.

However, there are also apps where you first need the password for your cloud email on your iPhone.

Unfortunately, I forgot my email password and the security query via the number doesn't work either, because I had it 8 years ago and it hasn't been updated since then.

Is there another way to access it again?
