All my data has already been transferred to my new phone, and I'm logged in to the same iCloud account on my new phone. Can I log out now on my old phone without any consequences on my new phone?

I bought a new device and I don't understand why everything starts from scratch.

Consequently, you can remove the old device from your Apple Account (and iCloud) without any influence on the new iPhone.
Okay, thank you, I did it! Only one problem is still there, my photos are still on my old phone… although I have unsubscribed my phone from the iCloud. How do I get them away without being deleted on my new phone? Simply delete or ?
Just delete. This will only happen on the old device.
