I was scammed by a website?
Hello,
I was scammed out of €40 by a "company." I ordered a "SeePRO" insect repellent for €40. The confirmation email stated that I would receive my package in 14-20 days, but after 23 days, I still haven't received it. The tracking link in the email doesn't work. I'm redirected to a strange French website that I can't figure out ( https://www.17track.net/fr#nums= ).
And the alleged support email doesn't exist. When I call them (+1 323 984 7554) nobody answers. Their "main" website is also strange and in French: https://www.next-generation-pro.com/indexBis.php?lang=en&product_id=6&auxmuRedirect=6
I googled the phone number and found a French article that I translated. It says someone lost €59 because they ordered a radiator from them and now they have the same problem as me. They haven't responded yet. People have responded who have lost up to €100 and all have the same problem. These seem to be some scammers in France, or scammers who are German but originally from France.
What should I do now? Can I report the charges? Do I have to accept that I've been scammed for €40? I'd do everything in my power if you could tell me what the best course of action would be.

Die Kohle ist leider weg, halte es für unwahrscheinlich, dass du die wieder kriegst. Aber anzeigen würde ich das definitiv. Danach vielleicht noch ne Mail an den Verbraucherschutz schicken. Es geht ja ums Prinzip und diese Clowns sollen aus dem Internet verschwinden, damit wenigstens andere kein Geld verlieren.
