I don't know what's wrong with my diet?

Hey,

So I've always had problems of many kinds due to abuse, but that's not what this is about.

For as long as I can remember, I've had problems with eating.

Since second grade, I've been expected to bring my own food to school. Until eighth grade, it was two pieces of toast with sausage or something similar. We never had anything else. Sure, I was always hungry and underweight. My parents always insulted me and teased me about it, but yeah.

Well, in ninth and tenth grade, I regularly have to do family shopping to make sure there's food in the house. But I can't do that kind of shopping every two days.

For example, what should I eat this evening? We don't have anything. Let alone are we cooking dinner. For years, there's been a discussion about "cooking for dinner isn't normal," which I started because I didn't always want toast with sausage, which I had to eat in the morning. Oh well.

Anyway, tomorrow too: What should I eat? Then, with a bit of luck, I'll get five euros tomorrow, go to the cafeteria, and buy myself a chocolate croissant or something. But there's nothing healthy there.

We never have anything like apples, pears, or anything like that. I can't buy a week's supply either. Then everything goes bad. Another problem is that most of the stuff in the store is bad anyway. Kaufland only sells rotten stuff.

But I can't lug a few kilos up a steep hill every time. I made scrambled eggs for lunch and then spent a few hours cleaning up the house. When I wanted to study for tomorrow's math test, I had to leave the room because people were playing video games on the computer. And no, there never was, isn't, and never will be a quiet room. I hear everything in every room.

I'm underweight, have no strength, and am, as I've said myself, a loser—that's the only thing that won't be banned. Green-scummed here.

Anyway, can you give me any tips on how I should eat?

LG

If you only find unhealthy in the country of sale, look at the wrong shelves.

You can get a toast bread home. You could also bring a whole grain bread instead. As your people are on it, they won’t take you away. Fruits and vegetables are often sold or weighed. Also in the country of sale.

A tube or an apple can be bought individually and consumed on site.

What you need are dairy products. Stir 500 g Quark, 1 gr. Mug yogurt together and sneak fruits (e.g. a banana or frozen strawberries). Can be sweetened with vanilla sugar or something. After that you are pappsatt and it doesn’t cost you 3 € and is ready in 5 minutes. You would even have money for bread and cheese or a bag of ovenpommes.

Aldi has porridge as a finished product in portion bags. 150 ml of hot water on it and wait 5 minutes. If you’re hungry, I’d be surprised. Get a pack and bite it before school. hide it from the family. If they discover how delicious porridge is, it’s gone.

Right. Oat flakes are a superfood and cheap. 1 – 2 tablespoons should be enough. But can take more. With a bag, you’re going for weeks. Oat flakes can be eaten like corn flakes with sweet milk.

In any case, you lack egg from the dairy products. Milk or milk products taste well cooled often best. That would give you more strength. With fruit you can always pick up milk dishes well. You always like the sweetness. You can also squeeze and pour a lemon. But then you have to sugar.

B12 is, for example, in legumes, eggs and meat. Think about what this is. Without B12 you get tired quickly. Google this.

Many vegetables can be eaten from the can. Beans, peas, carrots, corn … They also taste cold if necessary. From the glass or frozen they are more high-quality. From the can they are immediately edible and do not have to be cooked. You can also warm them up with some butter and a little salt.

Knäcke’s not bad in the morning. In the meantime, there are, for example, cakes in Lidl, for example with tomato flavour. Not a bad snack. Anyway, I like to eat bags with fresh cheese. Knäcke has the advantage that it is long-lasting and does not get bad on heat. I like those where you can still see pieces of pumpkin seeds or something.

Nuts are quite expensive. But also an absolute superfood. They are currently available everywhere. Grab if you have the chance.

It may also be a difference whether you eat it voluntarily or it is alternativeless. And whether you have it or every day.

Even if you didn’t like it, at least it was very healthy.

Today it is called a slightly modified porridge and is a trend towards ticktock.

Too bad. I like it very much. I also love cheap dishes, such as dairy or porridge with fruit. Maybe everyone like he grew up. Or you made it bad for yourself.
