Ich traue mich nicht, Neues zu probieren, was sollte ich dagegen tun?

Hallo, ich habe immer dieses Problem etwas neues zu probieren und habe Angst, es auszuspucken. Ich würde gerne Sushi probieren, aber habe irgendwie Angst…

I know something like that, I have the problem too. I can only tell you what I do or What helped me. But it also corresponds to that you try to work with yourself and get out of its comfort zone, because without compelling yourself to get out of it, it will most likely not be able to help you.

If I want to try something, but I don’t trust it then I try to talk to my closest about it, or at least make any hints that they understand it some crowds that you might try to try it together even if this person has already done this. I sometimes force myself to do this with the help of the confidant, but if it doesn’t work at all, and you realize that this will make you much too much, then you also need to communicate it so that no misunderstandings occur

You could buy yourself from Billa or so Sushi, and then try alone. It should take some pressure away.

Maybe start with vegetable sushi, the only “foreign” is the Nori alga. You could also disassemble them in pieces and taste each component individually/yet, and then eat everything together.
If you feel comfortable with vegetable sushi, you can start with fish and seafood.

Do not stress, just listen to yourself;)

So sushi you have to try the soooooooooooooooooooooooo Geil! Depends on the taste on it but just try it and if it doesn’t taste either you swallow or go to the toilet and spit out!

Get simple sushi from the super market and try it at home for yourself.

the best way to deconstruct it, so first try everything individually. a small piece noriblatt, a few grains of the acidic rice, a small piece of fish – or if it is vegan sushi, stop from avocado or gurke^ – once with, once without very little wash or soy sauce.

then you try all the components together and then you know if you like it.

not to put a whole sushi in the mouth – that goes wrong because it is so infinite a lot.

I just like vegan sushi or this ” rice sandwich” – with chicken or vegan.

but please without rettich and without washabi – and from noriblatt I eat maximum half.
