Ich schaff es einfach nicht abzunehmen?
Hallo, ich esse immer ein paar Tage gar nichts und dann überesse ich mich komplett. Ich schaff das alles nicht mehr. Mir ist nach dem Überessen so übel und an den anderen Tagen fühl ich mich so schwach und schwindelig. Ich schaffe es einfach nicht mehr normal zu essen. Ich kann grad einfach gar nicht mehr. Ich weiß gar nicht , warum es mir so mies geht, weil ich esse in der Summe wirklich genug. Ich nehme auch nicht mal ab. Ich bin so ein Schwächling, ich verstehe nicht , wie andere das machen. Das gibt es doch nicht. Ich will einfach nur radikal abnehmen. Ich brauche unbedingt Tipps, wie man einfach mal ein paar Wochen durchhält ohne essen.

Whenever you feel hungry you have something so it is breakfast but only you are tired (so I love yes acai bowls which are healthy have not as many calories as many other breakfasts cause and are so inconceivable) then it is lunch what you want only until you are satisfied and in the evening you have a yogurt with fruits and sweetness

I had exactly the same problem at your age. If you keep going, your body will eventually force you to stop it. Hunger eventually leads to you becoming depressed and your body starts to decompose your body due to lack of food, including brain mass, and use it as food.
I wonder why you even want to lose weight. Please talk to someone about it, go to a doctor or therapist.
