My car is a total loss. The insurance company wants me to sell the car to a scrapyard. To prove that I sold the car, they require me to submit a bill of sale. The scrapyard says I should fill out the bill of sale and send it to them. Isn't the scrapyard responsible for this? And where can I get forms for such a bill of sale?

Wenn du es eilig hast, solltest du hier im Forum niemanden unter Druck setzen – das sind die Regeln bei GF.
Ich verstehe nicht, warum du so etwas wichtiges nicht genau mit deiner Versicherung grundsätzlich abklärst – die wissen doch ganz genau, was sie benötigen zur Regulierung.
Also: kontaktiere bitte umgehend die Versicherung, bevor es eine Ehrenrunde gibt, weil etwas falsch war.

das ausfüllen musst du schon selber machen – die wissen ja viele Daten von deinem Auto gar nicht.
von der Firma selbst. die haben sicher welche. das ist ja Alltagsgeschäft bei denen.
