Ich (männlich) merke seit geraumer Zeit, dass ich sehr besitzergreifend auf Personen reagieren. Diese sind meist weiblich. Ich bin in einigen Gruppen auf Discord aktiv. You don’t have to….

…but then it’s difficult to guess what concrete…

That’s why it has to stay with general ideas…

  • School (because you call it) – or focus on it – is a good point!
  • Also other jobs (putting, washing laundry, helping someone to sport, making tax returns… – no idea how old you are…)
  • If you have someone you can trust in on the subject, talk about it…
  • …or telephone care or something…
  • Bringing/to other thoughts (reading, film glotting, cake baking, cuddling with cat, bird feeding, nailing…)
