In a stress situation quite normal. As long as you don’t have any pronounced suicidal thoughts, it’s probably not that bad. Except the thought becomes a will.

It is perfectly normal that people sometimes feel like not wanting to live on – especially in times of great stress, sadness or loneliness. These thoughts can arise from a challenge, crisis or deep inner conflicts and are often expressions of pain and helplessness.

It is important to know that such thoughts often pass and that you are not alone with it. Many people have such moments and create it with support to find life again. Maybe it helps you talk to familiar people about it – be it family, friends or a therapist.

If these thoughts become more intense or more stressful, professional help could help understand the causes and find ways to feel better.

That’s sad you have such thoughts. I’m sure more beautiful days are coming.
