I can no longer access the BIOS after I turned off or disabled the Quiet Boot function.
How do I get back into the BIOS?
Or How do I turn off Quiet Boot?

Moin, for every PC there are different ways to get to the BIOS. In older notebooks there were still extra buttons, with Windows computers there is the advanced boot that can be triggered in the settings. In each computer, however, there is a standard way to get to the BIOS by holding a key on the keyboard when booting. These are always different keys per model, sometimes ESC, sometimes F4 or F10, or whatever, you have to look. There you should be able to make the Quick boat.
I can’t come in BIOS when booting are mouse and keyboard disabled.
If you put them directly on the motherboard, that should spark.
