I just can't do it anymore?

I have an eating disorder. I woke up in the middle of the night and was hungry, as always. I made myself a frozen pizza with salami and cheese crust and drank some Müllermilch with it, hoping it would go away and I could go back to sleep, but it didn't help at all. I then ate two pears and two bananas and it kept getting worse. So I made myself a hot chocolate and got a Milchschnitte, but then I ate a total of six Milchschnitte and I couldn't stop. Then I ate a few soft cake cookies and from then on I almost threw up, but I just couldn't stop. A short while later, I got another Müllermilch and ate half a pack of Pringles with mayonnaise, and now I'm eating Haribo frogs and drinking alcohol.

I feel so bad, I have a stomachache, I feel sick, I'm just crying, I just can't fall asleep and I just want to die

Hello,

Unfortunately, no one can help you with your massive eating disorder as it is an incredibly complex issue.

You are here in a Laienforum with amateur answers and here nobody will be able to help you virtually from a distance.

You need a doctor and a therapist, and at least for today fencheltee. In addition, for the moment you can call the telephone pastoral care so you can talk to someone specifically.

I wish you all the best.

Best regards 🙋 ♀️ +😺 +😺

Search Professional help if you don’t get it on your own!

You could try to make your meals from original food yourself. This results in a completely different relationship to food and is most likely also healthier.

Then go to the psychiatry or day clinic to get that under control.

Don’t sound good. Do you eat the tag regularly? Perhaps if it were to appeal to the family doctor and let thyroid gland and sugar control, maybe a nutritional advice would be useful and could help.

Somehow your body seems to be out of the clock. In any case, it would also recommend mornings, evenings and evenings sufficient and regularly to eat the same time (maybe with YAZIO dry to get an overview). It is also best to eat long satt making (full grain products, many proteins and less sugar) so that your sugar level does not always drive up and down.

Even too much or too little sport and exercise can lead to such attacks too much stress. Take a look at the best that you can do, regularly take out sports (at least twice a week and otherwise at least walk in the evening zb) and relax (maybe also take a bath every evening or make yourself comfortable and read, autogenous training to fall asleep zb Deep Sleep 2 at Audible) and sleep regularly at the best of a fixed time.

Separe yourself consistently from things/conventions/people who don’t do you well. Wishes good improvement 💐
