I have a question about drone category CO?

So I recently bought a Dji Mini 3 and 2 additional batteries on Black Friday and I have 2 questions for you

1. What about airport areas? I live close to the airport, and everything around my house within a radius of about 1km is marked in red on the map. And when I want to briefly take off with the DJI drone inside the house, I get a warning asking whether I really want to take off there. Now my question is: is someone checking whether I'm briefly flying the drone in the garden, for example, or just briefly inside the house? Is there perhaps a rule there that you're only allowed to fly a certain height, say 5 meters, because I'd like to get a shot of my house, for example.

2. In Germany, they say you should fly within visual range, but it's very difficult to adhere to that rule, as you can only fly 200-300 meters away in clear visibility. Is it bad if you fly outside of visual range, for example, about 1 km? Does anyone monitor this, or how do you enforce this? Do you adhere to this rule, or how far away would you fly beyond visual range? Is this monitored? Thanks for reading, and I look forward to your replies.

Hi, ich bin selber Besitzer einer Mini 3pro und versuche mal deine Fragen zu beantworten:

Im Gebiet von Flughäfen darfst du nicht fliegen. Wenn du erwischt wirst ist die Drohne weg, dafür hast du eine Anzeige mit fettem Bußgeld. Ich habe mal gehört das DJI eine Software hat, womit es möglich ist, Drohnen mit allen Infos zum Piloten zu tracken. Diese wird an sensible Infrastrukturen verkauft. Also auch an Flughäfen. Also ich würde da nicht fliegen. Ob es jemand kontrolliert…wenn du dich nah an der außengrenze befindest, werden sie sich glaube ich nicht die Mühe machen wegen 50 Metern zu dir zu fahren oder Ähnliches. Aber 200 Meter sind was anderes von der Außengrenze.
Leider muss man auf Sichtweite fliegen. Ich denke das das niemand kontrolliert aber wenn du ein erfahrenen Polizisten trifft der sich für deine Drohne „interessiert“, fragt der dann vielleicht: Wo ist denn die Drohne? Dann solltest du sie schon sehen. Es gibt im Internet so Folien in verschiedenen Farben für die Drohnen damit sie noch sichtbarer sind in man weiter wegfliegen kann . Wenn du aber irgendwo fliegst wo niemand ist wie zb irgendwo mitten im Feld wird das niemand kontrollieren . Ist mir noch nie passiert.
