Monitor flackert?

Seit einiger Zeit erscheinen kleine schwarze Linien und graue Balken auf meinem Monitor. Das passiert komplett zufällig, manchmal dauert es ein paar Stunden oder direkt wenn ich meinen PC einschalte. HDMI cables have no direct Hz specification.

Your statement is not correct. The cables already have a Hz specification or Limit that can be seen with the version of the cable.

e.g.

HDMI 1.4: Max. 75 Hz at 1080p or 30 Hz at 4K.

HDMI 2.0: Max. 144 Hz at 1080p or 60 Hz at 4K.

HDMI 2.1: Up to 120 Hz at 4K or 60 Hz at 8K.
