I hate the way I look too much, what should I do?
For about two years, I've been trying to accept myself as I am, but it's getting worse and worse. I can barely enjoy my daily life without thinking about how ugly I am.
I hate my face, skull structure and hair.
Social media makes it worse for me because white people are portrayed as the ideal of beauty and as you might have guessed, I am not white.
I also don't try to make the best of what I have because I find my entire aesthetic unattractive and women of my type also find me unattractive.
I am very ugly compared to other Egyptians (I am Egyptian) so it is not like I just have a deep hatred for my ethnicity.
What the hell am I supposed to do? I can't take it anymore. I look forward to any answer.

Focus on what you are and what you can. And look forward to it.
Your problem is most likely not in the lack of appearance but in the lack of self-consciousness. If you believe in yourself and your personal skills, you can compensate for almost any appearance. Fortunately, girls or women are not as strongly attached to the appearance of men as we men are facing women. There are also other skills such as intelligence, originality, humor, courtesy, cordiality, helpfulness, etc. Your personality, who might meet exactly the expectations a certain woman has to the men’s world. One example: If you manage to make women laugh (but not by dirty jokes), then you have already skipped the first hurdle and usually get the chance to present you further. But you need to be active. And remember, jammering isn’t a good idea! Nobody loves a loser. You only get pity but no affection. With positive attitude friendly and helpful to all young women you know. At some point, the right thing is there!
