Ist nicht ungewöhnlich. Einfach als Glückspfennig aufbewahren.

Bei der Bundesbank kannst du den Pfennig in einen Cent umtauschen.

Zwar ist umgerechnet 1 Pfennig = 0,51 Cent, es wird aber auf ganze Cent gerundet.

Du kannst ihn als Erinnerungsstück aufbewahren.

Falls du vermutest, dass es sich um Falschgeld handelt könntest du ihn an die Deutsche Bundesbank schicken mit der Bitte die Echtheit zu prüfen.

Also wenn es dich stört kannst du ihn versuchen beim nächsten Einkauf genauso wieder los zu werden, einfach mit ein paar Cents mischen, dass wird kaum auffallen.
