I took my pills late? Is that a problem?

Hello, yesterday I took my Enalapril 20 mg tablets in the morning (for high blood pressure) and Azathioprine 75 mg in the morning (for my rheumatic disease "juvenile dermatomyositis") later (not early in the morning, but at 12 o'clock, because I couldn't get to my medication beforehand).

I couldn't get my medication earlier because I live in a facility and the carers didn't come until 12 o'clock and they forgot to give me the tablets at 8 o'clock because I was still asleep and the night shift had left.

But I also have to take my medication in the evening: Enalapril 10 mg in the evening (for high blood pressure), Amlodipine 5 mg in the evening (for high blood pressure) and Azathioprine (for the rheumatic disease "Juvenile Dermatomyositis").

Is it bad that I didn't take my medication until 12 o'clock?

Is this dangerous?

Will something happen?

Can you die from it?

And please with reasons

no that’s not rude you don’t have to worry about it. your body had the medication last 4 hours no longer in the system but there are blood pressure patients who do not know they are sick and spend months without medication 4 hours without doing nothing
