Unusual that the stretching center is on the figure

if P is the center, P connect to the other three points and shorten these lines on 2/3

Result : The corner P remains where it is and the rectangle just gets smaller

That’s it.

Mathematicians often use concepts of everyday language differently. For these, a centric stretching with k < 1 is still a stretching. For everyday humans, this would not be stretching, but a dazzling.

are the dipped figures always blue when they are stretched with k = 2/3? Or is one free in the coloration?

you could also color it with a friendly glowing dark grey or with pale blue pink violet.
