Hello!

So “for now” is of course “doof”…

But put on a small (sustainable) “night supply”.

For example, some fresh fruit, a few nuts, dry fruit, oat flakes and/or muesli and H-milk for mixing. Or protein powder (with water, or milk).

Of confectionery (chocolate, chocolate bars, etc.), I guess.

Sugar and carbohydrates should be taken overnight only in as small quantities as possible, if at all.

Maybe you should eat something more in the evening.

Or, before sleeping, you can eat a little bit light to get the stomach busy.

There would be, for example, a hot broth with a few oat flakes, which would rise further in the stomach. The blood sugar level also rises slowly and not too high.

Consider what would taste you and prepare it during the day.

Me too, but now consciously eat nix. With an empty stomach it sleeps better and some puppies go away.

Sleeping. Can you just take an apple or a bread? Otherwise you go to the bathroom and drink a large glass of water (not too cold) that fills the stomach too, and you are cold for breakfast through
