As mentioned above, I only received the email. Neither the invoice nor an order confirmation.

The money has already been debited from the card.

As soon as I try to log in to the online center, they expect a customer number, even though I haven't seen one anywhere.

This is the order confirmation. The bill comes later. Wait a minute until the order has been processed. Then you can also log in.

It would also be nice to formulate a question when the post is set as a question.

Okay, hard to say what happened. Also depends on the payment method. But if it was posted, it should have been ordered. And depends on whether you have actually sent the order or not. Ask Klarmobil best.
