I'm scared… (of driving)?

I've had my driving licence for 5 years and I've completely let up on driving because I didn't need it – my husband usually went shopping etc. However, I have a 3-year-old son and he'll be going to kindergarten in September. The kindergarten is a bit further from the house and we can't walk there – we'll have to drive. My husband will be at work and I have to take him. Because I haven't driven in a long time, I'm scared that something will happen. I haven't forgotten how to drive but I'm still scared… what do you think? What would you do if you were me?

You can go to the driving school and book a course to get back in.

That also makes millions of others, even my girlfriend didn’t drive a car for 4 years and gave her a lot of self-security

I guess. The ADAC also offers these courses. Have seen a show where the ADAC explained exercises on a training place. The drivers were all happy after that.

Depends on how far it is. If it’s only 1km or so, you can walk around him to make him fit for road traffic.

It’s time to go. Just make a longer ride and repeat it more often.

Be careful. In case of doubt, there are also traffic exercises (private and also public, such as AD AC, as you can practice driving again under realistic circumstances.)

Once again familiarize yourself with all traffic signs and rules, if you feel that you may have some forgotten.

Got a few more months. Drive car if there is not much going on on the streets than early in the morning (after night if possible) or Sundays. War routine in, then eat the most normal of the world

That’s right, of course.

Turn to your driving school and take hours until you feel safe.
