I have a middle soft toothbrush and a hard one, the hard one I always use to remove the lining on the tongue, otherwise a mouth rinse might help. Could also be a disease, perhaps to the annoyance.

Changing toothbrushes more frequently and rinsing can help.

As a mouthwash, I can recommend you salt water (1-2 TL to 250ml) if this is not enough, there is still a mouthwater based on chlorine dioxide (Oralflora.de). It’s 24-48 hours.

Discount mouth water changes the sense of taste and discolor the teeth. The action against bacteria is also more luschi laschi. 😉

Could lie on almonds ( almond stones), on the stomach, overacidification, caries, or gum inflammation.

Tooth silk should also be used regularly.

I’m thinking to try mud flushing first and brush the tongue as well as any places in the mouth where bacteria can stop (teach, tongue)
