I get a few pimples now and then (used to be acne). I still have a few now, but I have a lot of pimple scars, like red and dark spots. Do you think smoking will make them worse?

Hello everyone 🙋‍♀️

I used to have really bad acne and I still have some now. What bothers me a lot are the spots from the pimples. They are red/dark marks on my skin. And every now and then I get pimples again, etc. What I wanted to know exactly is, I smoke a lot of cigarettes a day. My question is, do you think smoking can make it worse? And maybe that's why it takes so long to heal or get better?!! There are some people who say that smoking can cause and worsen inflammatory skin lesions and that they therefore never get better, etc.

Does anyone have experience with this? Or can they help me?

You should regularly extort your skin and make microneedling, both from home. For executing, a scrub, where a chemical, gentle is better than one with such small grains, e.g. The Ordinary AHA 30% BHA 2% Peeling Solution (favourable, does not hurt or so, at most tingling). For Microneedling, you can search for a Dermaroller. In addition, products such as Cosrx Snail Mucin or Some by Mi True Cica Snail are super against scars. Also you should wear good sun protection, best 50++++

Smoking and alcohol are the worst you can do to your skin, just like unhealthy food.

Smoking is absolutely catastrophic for the skin .Bessser stop it .

I would do masks Zeoilith and water touch me and also daily times fresh Aloea Vera use

Riznus oil with soda is also good.

Castor oil is really good for long-term, but the cold-pressed, not the stuff that you swallow for removal.

Along with e.g. almond oil very wonderful massage oil for the face.
